Project name: Vince Unfold Seeing the rental businesses becoming more competitive, this project is meant to rejuvenate Vince's newly established rental service, Vince Unfold. More importantly, to invite more people to try out the classic, simple, and quality pieces with amazing prices through a user-friendly system. The action includes adding two more subscription plans to attract customers with different budgets, twisting up the overall product assortment, and opening up pop-up stores for people to experience and to understand the service in person.
The strategies were made after conducting the market research, identifying the target customer and analyzing the competitors.
